Job Description
- Ensure smooth flow of passengers through security checkpoints
- Handle baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flights
- Communicate flight information to passengers and address any questions or concerns
- Assist with lost luggage and passenger inquiries
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce airport security measures
- Coordinate with airline staff and ground crew to ensure efficient aircraft turnaround
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
