Job Description
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Coordinate with HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of ongoing recruitment efforts
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to expand the candidate pool
- Contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team and organization.
