Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop systems and software
- Maintain and update documentation for desktop support procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Assist with technology projects and initiatives as needed
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in desktop support
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to end-users
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
