The Advisor Development and Retention Manager (ADRM) will be assigned a team of 15 to 30 existing advisors and will not be responsible for any new advisor recruitment.
The ADRM will be responsible for month-on-month activation and retention of assigned advisors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of Advisors
• Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of Advisors.
• Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently and achieve the sales standards.
• Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards.
• Training and Development product launches/revision in the existing policies.
• Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
