Job Description
- Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
- Conduct training sessions on topics such as diversity, sexual harassment, and leadership development
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related concerns and provide guidance on best practices
- Stay current on HR trends and legislation to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
