Job Description
- Implement new manufacturing processes to increase productivity
- Analyze and resolve production issues to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production operations
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Conduct feasibility studies for implementing new technologies in production
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability
- Stay current on industry trends and recommend process enhancements to stay competitive.
