Job Description
Assisting MD in all operational and administrative matters.
Responsible for end to end calendar management of the MD including appointments/ meeting schedules etc.
Carrying out background research and presenting findings; preparing presentations; organizing and attending meetings.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders ( vendors, service providers, visitors ) as required.
Collating different reports from different HODs and present to MD
Drafting e-mails, letters and MOM as required.
Responsible for domestic/ international travel arrangements and sometimes travelling with MD
Managing Office of the MD including Asset Management & Facility Management to ensure smooth operations.
Responsible for maintaining a database of the MD's corporate /personal memberships, contacts and tie ups.
