Job Pre-Requisites and Educational background:
 Graduate with Excellent Comm Skills – Written and Verbal
 Will include late night / early morning shifts or extended hours so personal transport
preferred.
Rotational Shift set up.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Outlook)
 Present profile should include MIS, Team Performance Evaluation and Analytics, etc.
 Present profile should preferably include training team members.
 Call Monitoring with Soft Skill Training background is added advantage.
