Job Description
Field sales candidates required:
Eligibility Criteria:-
▪️Should have Two Wheeler and Valid DL
▪️Ready to travel for meeting customers during sales call
▪️Should be interested to work in sales department in Axis Bank for selling of banking products
( Current Bank Account/Saving Bank Account/Loans/MF/Insurance/ Final Deposits/ Recurring Deposits)
New Model Program:-
Need to follow the Steps
Step 1:- Physical interview at Axis Bank Branch (Online based Assessment- Online Aptitude test
Step 2: Virtual Online Training (6 Days) (48 Hrs)- ( Free Training)
Step 3 :- Post Training assessment than Offer letter issue- ONBOARD
Post clearing all above three steps and candidates having all relevant joining related documents, they shall be on boarded on rolls of Axis Sales Academy.
