Job Description
Hiring Business Development Associates - Gujarati and Odiya native speakers for Presales and Sales Team
Work-from-home opportunity for a reputed Edtech Company having branches all over India.
Who can apply?
Freshers 0 – 4 years of work experience
In any following roles can apply: Inside sales, Presales, IT Sales, Tele-calling, teaching, counseling, career counseling, student counseling, telemarketing, corporate sales, lead generation, sales, revenue generation, cold calling, Business Development, BDA, and Customer care.
Any Graduation pass-out (no pursuing students)
Must have laptop/Desktop or Smartphone in good working condition
For Role PreSales - 30 Openings
Salary: 3 LPA + 2 LPA Incentives
For Sales process - 30 Openings
Salary Package: 3.6 LPA + Incentives ( can earn up to 6 LPA)
Desired skills:
Excellent Gujarati or Odiya & English Communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal abilities.
Interested in guiding students with their career decisions
Proven experience in direct interactions with customers
Good convincing skills.
Work Profile:
· Acting as a mentor and guide and being a source of career advice for potential learners.
Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.
· Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
