Responsible for New Product Development as per customer requirements.
Thorough Knowledge in Sheet Metal Press part manufacturing industry.
Knowledge in Various machining process- Stamping / Bending /Mig Wielding / Tooling and Fixture / sheet metal
Co-ordination with Customer -Samples Requirements & Documents Requirement & Approval Process.
Design approval of new tooling's and fixtures from customers
Drawing Control management
ECN Control management
To maintain all Master Record of APQP/PPAP Document with all Approval records
