Job Description

Responsibilities • Management of a portfolio of clients nurturing long-term relationships. • Provide high quality client satisfaction and retention. • Lead, manage, hire and train a team of staff. • Review staff work to high quality standards. • Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts and cash flow forecasts. • Prepare corporation tax computations and knowledge of UK personal tax. • Review bookkeeping. • Prepare tax computations and tax returns to UK tax and accounting standards. • Prepare and review VAT returns. • Data review, analysis, and reporting. • Manage workloads and deadlines. • Schedule work in an efficient manger. • Effectively manage client communications works management. • Identify cross-selling, up-selling & referral opportunities to ensure clients receive relevant, timely advice to help achieve their goals while ensuring growth for the practice. • Must be a confident communicator with the ability to Cost management. • Must be fluent in English language with excellent written/communication abilities. • Will require excellent software skills such as MS Excel, Outlook and ideally Quick books online, Xero and taxCalc.
