Job Description

Assist in providing personal financial planning services to individuals and small business owners including identifying, defining and prioritizing our client’s financial goals, preparing personal financial statements, identifying strategies regarding cash flow and preparing various financial analyses Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients and the general public Foster and develop client relations Maintain and build professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies Perform general office tasks, special projects and other duties as requested Adhere to professional standards (i.e., AICPA, CFP Board) Perform highest and best use analysis and project feasibility analysis on a variety of real estate types Prepare proposals and presentations in response to requests for qualifications (RFQ) / requests for proposals (RFP) on behalf of the firm Be an actively involved in marketing and selling real estate services Assisting in the design and creation of client presentations
